Our Services

NABIN was created to bridge the gap between tribal entrepreneurs and service providers by addressing the need for technical assistance, to help establish and grow private sector business in Native communities. We provide several key services to help entrepreneurs.

Small Business Management

Small Business Management

Running a business takes time and energy. Small business owners must be responsible for aligning and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously. NABIN offers education, knowledge, and expertise to business owners to help them develop the management skills they need to accomplish their goals and objectives.
Team Building

Team Building

A successful business is one where individual employees form a team that works together toward a shared goal. NABIN offers a philosophy of job design that views employees as members of mutually supporting teams, instead of as individual workers.
Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning

Strategic planning is a process of envisioning a desired future, translating that vision into broadly defined goals or objectives, and achieving them through an orderly sequence of steps. Capacity building is the planning, development, and increase in knowledge, skills, and capabilities of a company or organization through acquisition, incentives, technology and/or training.
Leadership Development

Leadership Development

Leadership is the ability to clearly communicate, motivate, and manage people, skills that are acquired through experience and education. The NABIN team believes that teaching leadership qualities to entrepreneurs and small business owners is a key element in establishing successful businesses on and around tribal lands.
Entrepreneurial Coaching

Entrepreneurial Coaching

Coaching can help strengthen abilities and build on existing talent. NABIN strives to locate hard-working individuals who are "coachable" and open to recommendations about their business operations and management. The NABIN team aims to collaboratively improve the quality of viable business interactions.
Calendar of Events

Calendar of Events

To offset the lack of resources Native entrepreneurs often face in rural communities, NABIN organizes training sessions and workshops that are accessible and affordable. Whether you are a successful small business owner or a start-up, NABIN offers educational tools that will benefit you and your business. Check out our calendar for events throughout the year.
