Small Business Management

Small Business Management

Running a business takes time and energy. It requires small business owners to be responsible for managing all aspects of their company, including aligning and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously. NABIN offers education, knowledge and expertise to business owners, to help them develop the management skills they need to better accomplish their business goals and objectives.
Team Building

Team Building

The ability to identify and motivate individual employees to form a team that stays together, works together and achieves together can be daunting. NABIN offers a philosophy of job design in which employees are viewed as members of mutually supporting teams, instead of as individual workers. This philosophy bridges the gaps between people and connects them all in a work force environment where they are working together toward a shared goal.
Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning is a process of envisioning a desired future for a business or organization, and translating that vision into broadly defined goals or objectives in a sequence of steps to achieve them. In contrast to long-term planning, the desired outcome works backward to the current status of the business. Capacity building is the planning, development and increase in knowledge, skills and capabilities of a company or organization through the acquisition, incentives, technology and/or training.
Leadership Development

Leadership Development

Leadership is more than cracking a whip. It is the ability to clearly communicate, motivate and manage people effectively and efficiently. Leadership skills are acquired through experience and education, and the NABIN team believes that teaching leadership qualities to entrepreneurs and small business owners is a key element of establishing successful businesses on and around tribal lands.

Entrepreneurial Coaching

Entrepreneurial Coaching

Coaching is a method of strengthening abilities and building on existing talent. NABIN strives to locate hard-working individuals who are “coachable” and open to advice about their business operations and management functions. The NABIN team offers recommendations and instructions that aim to collaboratively improve the overall quality of business operations.
